What’s a DIRTbath™?

A DIRTbath™ is far more than a soak. It is a terrain therapy designed to meet the demands of modern living, where detox and mineralization strategies are no longer optional.

When the blend hits warm water, the tub shifts into a bioactive solution. The tea-like color comes from humic and fulvic acids, compounds formed over thousands of years as plants and soil microbes broke down and created the richest earth. These molecules are polyelectrolytes and ion exchangers. 

That means they can:

• Bind toxins, heavy metals and chemical residues so they can be safely escorted out of the body.
• Deliver trace minerals and electrolytes directly into cells to restore hydration and voltage.
• Regulate pH balance in tissues, creating an environment less favorable to pathogens and more supportive of repair.

This packaged blend includes 2.5lbs (18-36 servings "baths") of:

• Aluminum-Free Sodium Bicarbonate (Baking Soda)
• Mineral-Rich Unrefined Salt
• Magnesium Sulfate (Epsom Salt)
• Humic Acid
• Fulvic Acid
• Organic apioca Maltodextrin

DIRTbath™ Soaking Method:

Take 1/8 to a ½ cup and add to the bath. Soak for 10 to 20 minutes. Rinse well. For general terrain support, consider soaking one time a week. For acute support or skin support, a dirt bath can be enjoyed more often. Be sure to hydrate and enjoy a mineral-rich beverage (like FEMFusion) after.
